SilkFit is a late-beginner to intermediate silks workout designed to help you steadily build strength while also refining technique.
This is a moderate-challenging workout depending on how you go about it, and should take about 45 minutes including warmup & warmdown. To make this workout easier, you can do fewer reps, add more rest, and skip the more intensive drills. You will still get a great workout and lots of quality time working on technque!
