Throughout the challenge, you will use ONE workout 2x/week for 6 weeks. The power of this challenge is that you focus on the same carefully chosen set of skills so you can see real progress.
What level?
The silks workout includes 16 silks drills. 11 of the 16 drills can be performed without an inversion, making the workout accessible to you no matter what level you are at. Progressions are provided for more difficult skills on both apparatuses.
